Carol de Ville, MAS, is a distinguished figure in the promotional products industry, bringing over two decades of expertise to the conference. She is the founder of The Branding Company (TBC), a full-service promotional branding company established in 2008 in Brantford, Ontario, and expanded to Port Charlotte, Florida, in 2021. TBC serves a diverse clientele across Canada and the United States, with distribution partners globally, providing innovative and impactful branding solutions.
Before launching TBC, Carol held significant roles in the Canadian financial sector and was the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for a leading Ontario-based promotional company. Her contributions to the industry are vast, having served as Chair of the Board and Finance Director for Promotional Products Professionals of Canada (PPPC), President of the Ontario PPPC chapter, and President of the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) Canada. Carol’s exemplary work earned her a place in the PPPC Canada Hall of Fame and the prestigious Women of Distinction award by the American Specialty Association in 2021.
Under her leadership, The Branding Company has consistently been recognized for excellence, earning 21 PPPC Image Awards since its inception. Carol’s dedication to education and industry advancement is evident in her efforts to develop and deliver seminars across North America and internationally. She has shared her expertise in Canada, the U.S., México, and even facilitated an international panel in Coventry, England.
